State and Trends of River Water Quality in the Manawatū-Whanganui Region

This study analysed the available river water quality data in the Manawatū-Whanganui Region. The report describes the state of water quality in the region, on a site by site basis, relative to targets set in the One Plan, as well as those specified in the National Policy Statement – Freshwater Management (NPS-FM). In addition, the study assessed water quality trends site by site, and across the region as a whole.
